- 21/2 lbs. cut up chicken pieces - skin removed
- 1/2 cup Dijon-style mustard
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic (ok to used bottled)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/4 cups fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted
