Orange-Pecan Butter

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon apple juice
Directions
- Step 1 Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Step 2 Place pecans in a shallow baking pan.
- Step 3 Bake 4 to 6 minutes or until toasted. Let pecans cool.
- Step 4 Mix butter, marmalade, apple juice, and pecans in a small bowl.
- Step 5 Spoon into decorative serving bowl.
- Step 6 Serve butter at room temperature.
- Step 7 Store in refrigerator.
- Step 8 Enjoy!
Quick Tip:
Goes great on top of a piping hot baked sweet potato or a stack of hot cakse! Yummy!
