Ingredients
  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup Panko crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1/2 Poblano pepper seeded and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
  • Step 1 Skin and chop salmon fillet.
  • Step 2 Put in large bowl.
  • Step 3 Add panko, poblano,egg, lemon or lime juice, salt and pepper.
  • Step 4 Mix well.
  • Step 5 (hint: make a cross on top of the salmon mixture before making into patties to ensure consistent size)
  • Step 6 Heat indoor grill pan or outdoor BBQ to medium high heat.
  • Step 7 Cook for about 4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
