Grilled Salmon Burger

Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 1/2 cup Panko crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1/2 Poblano pepper seeded and chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Step 1 Skin and chop salmon fillet.
- Step 2 Put in large bowl.
- Step 3 Add panko, poblano,egg, lemon or lime juice, salt and pepper.
- Step 4 Mix well.
- Step 5 (hint: make a cross on top of the salmon mixture before making into patties to ensure consistent size)
- Step 6 Heat indoor grill pan or outdoor BBQ to medium high heat.
- Step 7 Cook for about 4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
